  • Information about the use of the website: Information we receive when you use our website and app, such as what type of device you have (e.g. mobile or PC), IP address, which pages you visit and what features you use there.
  • Information from partners: Information we receive from our business partners and/or service providers.
  • Profiling details: Information and assumptions we make automatically based on the other information (mentioned above) we hold about you, such as your preferences and interests and which demographic groups you belong to, unless you have objected to this.

3 What do we use your personal data for

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Offer website: We use information to adapt our website to the technical equipment you use. We may also use the information to tailor the content of our website and app to what we think you are interested in.
  2. Statistics: We collect statistics to improve and further develop our products and services. As far as possible, we do this with anonymous information, without us knowing that the information relates specifically to you.

The legal basis of purpose ! 1 and ! 2 is our legitimate interest in providing, developing and marketing our services.

4 Who do we share personal data with

We share personal data with companies that provide technical and administrative services to us, such as IT providers. We have agreements with them to ensure your privacy.

We may disclose information in individual cases, for example to public authorities, on suspicion of an offence.

We may also share anonymised information with business partners for e.g. market analysis and service development.

5 How long do we store personal data

We store information about you only for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or if we are required to store the information. The data will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose. Below is an overview of how long we store your information:

  • Information about the use of the website: We store information about your use of our website for up to 14 months.
  • Information from partners: We store any information from partners for as long as you have given your consent or until it is automatically deleted. We will delete the information from email correspondence, or contact form on the website if you request it.
  • Communication: We store communications with our customers for three years, unless we need to store them for longer, e.g. in connection with complaints or claims.

6 Your rights

You may have the right to ask us to:

  • Provide you with further information about how we process your personal data.
  • Provide you with a copy of personal data about you.
  • Update your personal data.
  • Delete information that we no longer have a basis to store.
  • Restrict or stop the processing of your data.
  • Provide you with information you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, where technically feasible, ask us to transfer it to another company.
  • Withdraw any consents you have given us.
