The establishment of the cabin lots started in 2005 and is still under development. The area received approval in 2024 for an expansion, with 55 new lots.

All cabin lots are supplied with ready-made roads, water, drainage and are adapted for internet.

Åsane Hyttegrend AS is owned and operated by Eva-Karin Bjerga Øverland and Ola Martin Øverland, who are also landowners.

The company is engaged in the development of cabins from idea to finished project.

Planning and building rental cabins is also part of our operations, and we offer rental apartments in our own cabin area, and at other destinations.
