Follow the trail to Hovlandsnuten for spectacular fjord views. There is a hut for all hikers at the top. This trail was updated, and the stone stairs were built by Sherpas from Nepal.
Below Nordstøldalen is the Fairy Tale Forest, which is a very popular attraction for families with children.
In the valley you can experience a river, green-clad mountainsides and beautiful rock areas.
The area also offers a hut with grilling option. It is beside a swimming hole which is also a popular family attraction.
