Svandelen is Saudas alpine skiing destination, also popular with back country and randonee skiers. There are groomed nordic trails and popular summit trips.
Summer offers great hiking terrain, with two marked trails, to Ramnafjell and Hustveitsåta. There are mountain lakes not far from the resort area and the river.
Frisbee golf and biking trails are also available during the summer season.
